    1. Identifying new business leads: When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential markets. Being good with numbers is essential to monitor financial aspects.

    2. Pitching for services: Contacting potential clients via phone or email to establish rapport and set up communication. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email.

    3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers: To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization. Documentation is also a big part of the work. Business development professionals are also obligated to write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.

    Qualification

    • Formal qualification in BCA, BBA or B.Tech

     Knowledge: 

    • Understanding of IT Technologies and current developments.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Apps to maintain and monitor regular work.

    Experience:

    • Involvement in event/fest or any co curricular activity at College/University level.
    • Working as part of a team.

     Qualities:

    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
    • The ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with all staff and clients.
    • Sound planning and organizational capabilities.
    • Punctual, reliable and flexible.
